Antony Dirga

President Director

Indonesian citizen, 51 years old, residing in South Tangerang. He has served as Commissioner since December 2013 and as Director since March 2015. In October 2016, he was appointed as President Director of PT Trimegah Asset Management.

He has more than 26 years of experience in fund management. He began his career as a Corporate Bond Quantitative Analyst at J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc., New York, United States (1998–2000), followed by roles as Asian Macro/Equity Analyst at J.P. Morgan Fleming Asset Management Inc., Singapore (2000–2002), and Asian Macro Analyst/Trader at PMA Investment Advisor Ltd., Hong Kong (2002–2003). He later joined Fullerton Fund Management/Temasek Holdings, Singapore (2003–2013), where he held various positions and most recently served as Senior Portfolio Manager.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (Summa cum Laude) and a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management, both from Cornell University, New York, United States. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and holds an Investment Manager Representative (WMI) license issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) under Decree No. KEP-125/PM.211/WMI/2014 dated September 18, 2014, which has been extended under the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of OJK No. KEP-324/PM.021/PJ-WMI/TTE/2025 dated May 5, 2025.

Hendra Wijaya Harahap

Director

Indonesian citizen, 51 years old, residing in Jakarta. He served as Commissioner of PT Trimegah Asset Management (2012–2013) and has been serving as Director of PT Trimegah Asset Management since July 2015.

He has more than 26 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and Capital Markets. He began his career as a Senior Auditor at Prasetio, Utomo & Co. (1997–1999), and later held various senior positions at Samuel Securities (1999–2009). He joined PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk in 2010 as Head of Strategy and Performance Reporting Division.

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 1997 and a Master of Science in Management in 2015, both from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia. He holds an Investment Manager Representative (WMI) license issued by Bapepam-LK under Decree No. KEP-94/BL/WMI/2012 dated June 6, 2012, which has been extended under the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of OJK No. KEP-74/PM.021/PJ-WMI/TTE/2025 dated January 30, 2025.

Darmayudha

Director

Indonesian citizen, 38 years old, residing in Jakarta. He graduated in Financial Management and Banking from Indonesia Banking School, Jakarta, and has served as Director of PT Trimegah Asset Management since April 2024.

He began his career in the capital market industry as an Investment Analyst at Dana Pensiun Astra (2009–2012), before continuing as a Budget Analyst at PT United Tractors Tbk (2012–2013). He joined PT Trimegah Asset Management in 2013 as an Investment Specialist, later serving as Fixed Income Fund Manager (2013–2017), and subsequently as Head of Fixed Income Manager (2017–2024).

He holds an Investment Manager Representative (WMI) license issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) under Decree No. KEP-105/PM.21/WMI/2013 dated October 3, 2013, which has been extended under the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of OJK No. KEP-496/PM.021/PJ-WMI/TTE/2025 dated July 4, 2025.
