Togu Cornetius Simanjuntak

Indonesian citizen, 70 years old, residing in Jakarta. Appointed as Commissioner of PT Trimegah Asset Management since October 2015.

He has over 30 years of experience in the Capital Market Industry. He held various positions at Bapepam-LK, with his last role being Head of Investment Management Compliance (2006–2011). He also served as Commissioner of PT Equator Investment (2011–2015) and as a member of the Audit Committee of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2015–2020). In addition, he was a member of the Audit Committee of PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia (2021–2023). Currently, he serves as Independent Commissioner of PT Multi Medika International (2022–present) and as a member of the Supervisory/Advisory Board of the Indonesian Investment Managers Association (2021–present). Since December 2024, he has been nominated as Independent Commissioner of PT Gemilang Artha Makmur Abadi.

He earned his Bachelor of Economics degree from Universitas Krisnadwipayana, Jakarta, in 1984. He holds an Investment Manager Representative (WMI) license issued by Bapepam-LK through Decree of the Chairman of Bapepam-LK No.: KEP-38/BL/WMI/2011 dated April 26, 2011, which has been extended by the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of OJK No.: KEP-153/PM.021/PJ-WMI/TTE/2025 dated February 25, 2025.

Agus Dharma Priyambada

Indonesian citizen, 56 years old, residing in Jakarta. He has served as Commissioner of PT Trimegah Asset Management since January 2025.

He began his career as an Economist in the Research Division of PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk, before joining the Corporate Secretary Division as Investor Relations & Corporate Communications. Then He served as Corporate Secretary of PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk from 2010-2024.

He earned a Bachelor of Economics degree from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia, majoring in Monetary & Banking and International Economics, and a Master of Science in Economics, specializing in Monetary & International Economics, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, United States.

He holds an Investment Manager Representative (WMI) license issued by Bapepam-LK under Decree No. KEP-134/BL/WMI/2012 dated June 28, 2012, which has been extended under the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of OJK No. KEP-553/PM.21/PJ-WMI/2022 dated August 22, 2022.
